You're trusting us with information about your business and your customers. Here is how we look after it, without the small print.
- Where is my data kept?
- With large, established cloud providers, in secure data centres. It's encrypted while it travels and while it's stored. Each product's privacy policy names the provider and where the data sits.
- Who can see it?
- The people in your own business that you give access to. Each business's data is kept apart from every other business's. Our team only looks at it when you ask us to help with something.
- Do you sell or share my data?
- No. Your data is used to run the product for you, and for nothing else.
- How do you use AI?
- To read, sort and draft, so your team has less to do by hand. It never has the final say. Anything important, or anything it isn't sure about, waits for a person. Our products show where every answer came from, so it can be checked.
- What happens if something goes wrong?
- We hear about it quickly, we fix it, and we tell you plainly what happened and what we've changed. If you spot a problem first, write to us and we'll reply the same working day.
- Can I take my data with me?
- Yes. Ask us and we'll give you a copy. If you leave, we delete it.
